should I keep my profile posted on Muslim Marriage Service?
A: It is important that you keep your profile posted
on Muslim Marriage Service for as long as possible
to find you partner. If you delete your profile, other
users will have no way of finding out that you're single
and available. And if no one knows your profile is online,
they can't contact you through our system, so please
think carefully before Deleting Your Account.

Q: Can others users still search
my details if my Account has been deleted?
A: No. Other users can only see your profile details
if you remain a member of the site. Deleting your account
means that your profile details are no longer featured
on our site.

do I post my photo?
You can post your photo on the site while you are going
through the process of creating a new profile. If you
have already created your profile and are logged in,
then click on Upload/ Edit Photo link and select the
option to post your photo. Whether you are creating
a new profile or updating it, you can post your photo
on our site in a number of ways. You can either automatically
- Submit your photo
to us while creating/ updating your profile. Please
follow these guidelines to add your photo to your
profile.
- Mail your photo to
us for us to scan it for you and include in your profile.
Once you have joined and created your profile, you
can now mail us your photo, and we will scan it for
you and attach it to your profile. Please write your
full name, your User ID and the email address registered
with our site. Please send all your photos to the

photo is not so it might cause offence to others and
is free from any nudity, obscenity or other sexual content.
Try to choose the most recent photo of yourself. Remember
your photo in your profile will considerably increase
your chances of getting a response from other members.
Once approved, uploaded photos will be posted exactly
as they are submitted. The volume of photos that are
sent to us means it can take up to 24 to 72 hours before
your photo appears on your profile

You can do the search as many times as you like by selecting
different criteria until you find the right person for

depends on the number of members that match your search
criteria. For example the type of members that you want

I delete my account?

link and your details will be permanently deleted from

Delete My Account, will my paid subscription still continue?
A: Your subscription will continue until the end of
your chosen period whether you have Deleted Your Account
or not. Therefore, all the premium membership benefits
will be available to you even if you have Deleted Your
Account. So for example if you have subscribed for three
months and you Delete Your Account after the first 30
days, you will still be able to contact other members
of the site for another 60 days, until your subscription
period expires. You will be able REJOIN with your original
account details and login as a premium member during
these remaining 60 days.
